What is this site all about, anyway?

This site was born from the frequent times in which you predict something awesome will happen — and of course, it does! — but nobody believes you. Or maybe it's something simpler - you want to set goals for yourself, but a regular ol' to-do list doesn't have the same kind of bite to it: if you miss your deadline, just change it. With NowTheresProof - once you set it, you can't change it!

So is this just another to-do list? Not at all! These aren't simply due dates for things you need to get done. You're making a commitment to complete a task, and if you don't get it done by the date you say you will, everyone will know it.

As with the other sites we've built ( GoGoPlot, LogicalAPI, Rubytrends), we're filling a need that we haven't seen elsewhere. If you have an idea to help make it even better, just let us know via the Feedback tab!
